I worked with Conference Works (Australia) to provide live engraving for the Zoom & Connect NZ booth at the Aventedge Future CX Summit and 6th Annual Contact Centre Summit at Hilton Auckland. Over two days, I engraved nearly 160 personalised power banks, helping to enhance their brand activation and generate an equal number of leads for follow-up.

Goal: Attract delegates to the booth, generate leads, and strengthen brand engagement with personalised, branded take-home items.
